Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

At DealerHQ, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since DealerHQ is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform offering digital services, we have specific provisions detailing when refunds are applicable.

2. Subscription Cancellations

For monthly subscriptions, refunds are generally not provided for automatic renewals. You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing. If you subscribe to an annual (1-year) plan and decide to cancel, the used months are non-refundable, but we will issue a prorated refund for the rest of the unused months in your term.

3. One-Time Payments (Training & Setup Fees)

Any one-time payments collected for training, dedicated onboarding, or setup fees are strictly non-refundable, as the labor and resources for these services are delivered upfront.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund within our eligibility window, please contact our support team at support@dealerhq.app. Briefly explain the reason for the cancellation and provide your account details so we can process the refund efficiently.
